After our initial meeting to view your home, I will prepare a current market analysis report to provide you with details of similar property recently sold within your local area and those similar currently for sale. With this information we can estimate the current market value of your home.
We can then discuss methods of sale options and cost involved to market and sell your home. The marketing involves professional creative photography, road signage, printed brochures, website and sometimes print advertisements.
We only suggest cost effective marketing to minimise your expenditure and maximise the customer enquiries. These customer buyer enquiries are vetted, and private viewing appointments are arranged only with the genuine buyers.
Often our preferred sales method is by negotiation, and this can often provide the best possible selling price in this current market.
Dedicated and Professional
My career began in the 80’s with an engineering apprenticeship, becoming tradesman and NZCE qualification and then into engineering sales, branch management and ownership of small to medium businesses from 1987 involved in contracting, importing and distribution.
In 2013 selling the assets of one company to the Italian manufacturer, to become their General Manager in New Zealand until 2017. The Italian manufacturer was owned by a French owned publicly listed group, the experience gained selling my company and then working for an international company further developed my professional management skills.
I then applied these entrepreneurial business skills into local real estate. With obtaining REA Licensee to sell real estate I joined with the local Century 21 office. Unfortunately, the business owner passed away and his family sold the office assets and the office rebranded as Remax. After operating as a contractor to them for another almost 18 months lead to where we are today, which included a lot of additional study and real estate sales experience to evolve with Home Real Estate.
Part of my personal company activity has been the developing and management of the online marketing websites www.home.co.nz and www.NewZealandProperty.co.nz , this has helped me and others in the industry to market and sell property and offers today cost effective online marketing for real estate.
With my career mix of private business ownership, life experiences and +30 years of entrepreneurial businesses and business marketing experience which lead into local real estate gives me this ability to professionally manage the sale and marketing process of your home to successfully obtain you with the best possible price – this is my chosen profession.
